Savannah Magazine (13 April 2026) says it has operated there since early 2024, in a building about 230 years old that the inn reports to be haunted. Its own site describes it as 'Hidden beneath Savannah's legendary River Street'. The magazine names Roosevelt's Smoked Old Fashioned as the house drink and notes a First Friday Roaring '20s night.
