Savannah has one fully vegan kitchen that we could find open. It is Hungry Vegan, a vegan soul food counter on East Lathrop Avenue owned by Denise Washington.
The menu includes fried mushrooms, cashew mac and cheese, and collard greens cooked without pork. It has no website of its own, so check its hours before you drive over.
Fox & Fig, Savannah's first vegan cafe, is closed
Fox & Fig on Troup Square was the city's first all-vegan cafe. It was sold in late 2023 and the new owners turned it into a deli. Many vegan lists for Savannah still name it. Its old web address now leads somewhere unrelated, so we do not link it.
